Allergies : nose and eyes

The regulation of nasal and lachrymal secretions is controled by the systems sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve.
The first, resulting from the thoracic stages D1, D2, D3 increases secretions
the second, resulting from the lacrymo-muco-nasal ganglion decreases them.
An overdrawn action of the one of these sytèmes will result in a hypo or hypersecretion of nasal mucus ou/et of the tears.
The release of the constraints occiput/atlas puts an end to the hypersecretions in a few minutes. *

Note *: under some conditions that are taught only to therapists during of their individual training. None of the currently taught techniques allows to position correctly the atlas to obtain this result and I am in measure to demonstrate it with the help of irrefutable tests : reflex and pharyngeal paraesthesias of cough, salivation abundant and reflex of swallowing, absence of reflex.
I hold at the disposal all institution that would be desirous to verify this that I assert in this matter, as well as the action obtained on allergic mechanisms.
