I find it strange that so few people write here.
I understand some people believe the messages are fake.
So, let me share my short experience with you. I swear I'm a "normal" person !
I am currently trying the method with one of my daughters.
I truly believe M. Gesret has found something. Some say he didn't, but other people did. Honestly... I don't really care who first discovered what, who developped the technique and so on... I just want my daughters to heal and to stop taking drugs, and I am very grateful that M. Gesret is ever so welcoming and willing to share his experience (his method and natural medecine too) on the forum.
My elder daughter has seen a Gesret practionner four times. We have never heard a "whistle" when she breathes, we have never felt she was choking... but she was diagnosed with asthma and she is under medication (and so is her sister).
Their lungs are fragile, my two daughters had to go to hospital last year because of infections, the elder had to be operated on. Both of them could have died, the elder might have lost a lung.
I don't want them to have asthma. I refuse it with all my might. Classical medecine only proposes lifelong medication. I can't accept that.
I have paid 240 euros so long. That's not much money compared to the hope it gives me. Life is made of choice. If I don't pay for that, the money will go for something else anyway...
The practionner we have seen showed me how badly structured my daughter was.
What he did was not just anything because it modified her way of going to the toilet.
I had to chlore the toilet floor each time she went to pee before... Once she saw the practionner she stopped peeing all over the toilet, but started to pee in her trousers again (we had had such problems before). The practionner could finally fix it all : clean toilets at home, and dry trousers...
M. Gesret says it is all connected.
The coughing has not stopped yet, but the whole family is coughing currently. So, we're waiting, all fingers crossed...
We should see the asthma specialist in March. I can't wait to have his opinion (the practionner's spirograph is not adapted for 4 year olds, that's why we don't really know yet).
I don't regret either the time nor the money spent. I would have tortured myself wondering why I didn't try otherwise.
If you're intereted in a "normal" person experience, I don't mind sharing here (in English).

I’m a practitioner of the GESRET Method since more than 10 years in France (Paris) and since a short time in London.
Having saw the results, I do not have any doubt on its efficiency. Paris being not far from London, I’ve decided to bring the practice of this method over-there. The method is not known in the UK and Google UK, when you search on interne about Gesret or about asthma or eczema or psoriasis does not bring the site and the forum in the search results. So the forum and the site are not directly visible from the UK. Furthermore, as I practice only since a short time over-there, the patients still need some time to share about their experience. But I can already tell you that the results obtained in London bring more than only satisfaction! And I can already promise shortly some messages on this forum.
